Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals; some items like software or custom-built PCs may have specific restrictions.

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your electronics to prevent transit damage and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box before sending it to our returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
